SAFESEAL™ is a heavy duty rust preventive designed to safeguard fine mold finishes and eliminate expensive mold refinishing caused by rust in storage.

SAFESEAL™ utilizes a unique green coloring agent that promotes visibility for coverage protection and assured removal. This green coloration is easier to see and consequently helps ensure coverage of surfaces that might otherwise be missed using transparent rust prevention products. Wasteful overspraying is also minimized. In addition, SAFESEAL's foaming action helps spread the product to even the smallest, hidden areas of the mold. Together, the green coloration and foaming action ensure total mold protection.

SAFESEAL™, unlike many alternative products, can be safely applied to surfaces up to 350° F. This allows you to speed up production line changeover time without sacrificing tool protection. And, since SAFESEAL™ is non-toxic and contains no CFCs, it is safe for workers and the environment.

Removal of SAFESEAL™ is quick and easy. Excess product can be removed with dry paper towels or cloths. The remainder is then removed by the first few start-up shots when your mold returns to production. With SAFESEAL ™, there is no need for hazardous solvents or other cleaners, which saves money, too.
