Shipping

We ship exclusively with UPS (United Parcel Service) and no other carrier.
You can choose from Standard Ground, 3 Day Select®, 2nd Day Air® and Next Day Air® service for your order (service subject to UPS availability in your area). All orders for $100 or more have a UPS insurance charge added at a rate of .35 per 100. This insurance is standard practice for your protection and ours.

We don't offer gimmicks like "flat rate" or "free shipping". Truth is flat rate shipping means most people pay too much and some people don't pay enough.
We calculate shipping charges based on weight and destination so that you pay only for your order, not a portion of everyone else's.
Some sites that offer "free shipping" may be misleading. What they really mean is "shipping included". All they do is pad the price of each item they sell to cover their shipping bill at the end of the month. This is a common marketing tactic used to make you think you're getting something for nothing.

When you place your order with us, you'll see the shipping charge before submitting the order. Orders for destinations outside the contiguous USA are not calculated. We will contact you with the amount before shipping for approval.

Orders placed before 3:30 pm ET may ship the same day (excluding holidays) providing stock availability and the credit card has cleared.
Otherwise it will ship the next business day.

Be sure to check the UPS delivery timetable before selecting service other than Ground. You can save a lot on shipping if you're close to Ohio and want delivery in 2-3 days.
